This is a small insight as to what we have to offer as well as the type of commitment and service we are dedicated to giving you, our customer. As much as I would like this website to represent our company, the best way to get to know us is personally. Owner treated me (female) like I didn't know a thing about HVAC (not true) - at one point he was shouting at me. His plan to heat my attic remodel was OK, but the technician changed it on install. When one of the ducts wasn't sending enough heat, I checked it and found the flex coil to be squashed and almost closed. Another didn't have the flex insulation secured. When I called USA, I was told that I should check dampers and that he wasn't going to do anything else. I went to Lowe's, bought a length of insulated flex, and replaced the defective portions myself.

"When we left the job everything was checked and properly working. Due to the fact this is a "remodel" job other contractors must have stepped on the flew duct. We informed the customer that it would be a "rework" and she would have to pay for the repairs. My suggestion was to back charge the guilty party. Due to her anger one can only assume that she is the one to damaged the duct work."

There were good parts and bad. Owner is not bad to work with, explains things and has experience in the business. However, taking directions on things like configuration of the ductwork, following approved designs etc. left something to be desired. Also, they did not thoroughly test the system before they left, and had to return several times as a result. Also there were problems with visible ductwork, which was stained and needed to be cleaned several times. 

Addendum - we have continued to use them and the experience has improved.  We now would consider them a regular provider.

They were responsive and came on time. They were very easy to work with. They completed the work when they said they would finish. Their pricing was very good and they also cleaned up once the job was done. The quality of their work was very good and I was satisfied with their service.
