Martin's is our trusted and dependable service center for all of our family vehicles. I trust Doug's recommendations on what is needed/worthwhile and what is not needed. Doug and his people provide great value, make sure things are fixed right and provide excellent and honest communication along the way. It is a real comfort to know you don't have to worry about getting ripped off or if things aren't going to be fixed properly.

Doug has bailed me out of car trouble at least three times now.  Twice while I was trying to deliver Meals on Wheels.
He is very kind and does his best to help you even when he is crazy busy.
He always calls with what he has found to be the problem and lets you know approx. costs.
We have been coming to Martin's since his Dad, (Mark) owned the business and we wouldn't go anywhere else.
We have highly recommended him to our friends and family.

So far, so good.

I do most of my own auto work, but for some of the bigger jobs I decided to give Martin's Automotive an audition to become my mechanic. Because of his quality work, professionalism and reasonable prices, he will be getting all of my future work. I needed a new clutch put in and because he was going to have it, I had him do the rear brakes as well. The car was returned to me a day early and runs great. His price to do both things was about $100.00 cheaper than just my clutch was quoted by another shop.

Martin's Automotive Service are very prompt in getting things done. He keeps you up to date and does the job well. His prices are pretty well. There's nothing to complain about, as far as price. They're professional and have good customer service.

I used to go to Martin's Automotive regularly and dealt with Mark, as I live in Franklin, it was quite a drive to get there so I began looking locally for a reliable mechanic who was also honest. I used Girard's and although they did good work, they were quite expensive.
Luckily, I haven't had the need recently for a major repair until recently. I spoke with a co-worker who told me he now goes to Martins and as luck would have it, I called them. I dropped the vehicle off on Tuesday night and got it back Friday night. Usually, I would think it was a long turnaround, but I was in no hurry and therefore it was fine they didn't have to prioritize it and hurry the job. The price was right, their labor charges are more than fair and the experience was pleasant.
I look forward to return visits to them and perhaps I'll run into Mark again!

They are a small family owned automotive shop. The guy who owns the shop has a degree in mechanical engineering. His father sold him the shop and he decided to stop being an engineer and become a mechanic. They do just a fantastic job. They are fair. I absolutely trust them on everything. They are really clear. THey here is what is going on and here are the numbers. I will continue to use them.
