David was awesome! Referral from TWO neighbors whom were happy customers. Garage door spring broke, called David, and he literally was here on a Friday afternoon within an hour as he was free! Super timely, priced right, transparent and super friendly!! Highly recommended....

I needed garage door repair during a bitter Wisc cold spell. Dave not only provided next day service, he worked in 2 degree Fahrenheit conditions till the job was done right.

Chain was jumping off sprocket on existing opener. David offered 2 options, install a new sprocket/drive kit or install new opener. After discussing features on new opener vs the existing 15 year old model, I chose a new opener. Price included 2 remotes and a keypad.

owner operator of his own business.  professional and meticulous.  doesnt advertise, work by word of mouth referrals. he is always busy. he explained to me what he was doing and why during install.  cheaper install then with a box store, and I got a higher quality door, install professionally.

HE CAME THE DAY AFTER MY CALL AND I DIDN'T HAVE TO BE HOME WHILE THE SERVICE WAS PERFORMED. HE ALLOWED ME TO MAIL HIM A CHECK FOR THE SERVICE CALL INSTEAD OF HAVING TO DRIVE HOME AND GIVE HIM ONE, (SOMETHING HE SAID HE NORMALLY DOESN'T DO). WHEN I GOT HOME LATER THAT AFTERNOON, I FOUND THAT MY DOOR WORKED AS WELL AS IT DID THE DAY HE INSTALLED IT YEARS AGO!! IT WAS LIKE HAVING A NEW DOOR AGAIN. HE MADE SOME UNKNOWN ADJUSTMENT TO MY ELECTRIC DOOR OPENER WHICH RESULTED IN THE LIGHT WORKING AGAIN, A SAFETY FEATURE I HADN'T ENJOYED IN YEARS! I DIDN'T EVEN ASK HIM TO LOOK AT THAT, HE TOOK THE INITIATIVE TO FIX IT ON HIS OWN. AS LONG AS HE'S IN BUSINESS, HE'LL BE MY GARAGE DOOR GUY AND I'VE RECOMMENDED HIM TO EVERYONE!

IT WAS REFRESHING TO DEAL WITH A CONTRACTOR THAT PERFORMED THE WORK ON TIME AND TO MY COMPLETE SATISFACTION.
