Plumbing
Russ supplied and a new water heater and all connection parts, installed the new water heater in the basement, removed the old heater from the property and helped my wife take in the neighbors garbage cans! He responded promptly to our voice mail message for service, made the service call within two days and was extremely professional in the entire process. $495 for the heater, new shut off value and all connections is a price that I would have a hard time beating doing the shopping at Lowe's or Home Depot. The service call was a mere $40 and the Labor charge of $140 for what I assume had to be at least a 2 to 3 hour job is very competitive. Fast, professional service at an excellent price what is not to like. Russ keeps his expenses low by not taking plastic (which I live on) but was happy to take a check. Excellent service.
