Got us up and running, but charged us $180.00 for 1/2 hour of work and no parts

Jerry arrived Saturday morning on time. Two hours later the antenna was replaced with new wiring (about 30 feet) inside of the house to the first split. He was very efficient with his time even with all the questions I had. He did have all the answers. I'd say the only time we weren't conversing was when he ascended to the top of the tower with the newly assembled antenna. That climb was AMAZING to see. (It was comparable to watching a hero in a movie overcoming some impossible feat.) Jerry is truly a master of his craft.

excellent! he even came in the house and helped program the TV. showed us how everything worked. very good at explaining.

That guy was very professional, friendly and climbed that tower like it was nothing. Knew what he was doing. Our TV was up and running in a couple of hours. Will get him again and will recommend him
