Outstanding!  My house is well over 100 years old and the employees of Gneiser's obviously know how to care for such a home.  The prep work they did was amazing.....the sanding of old paint down to the wood, caulking everything they could, right up to smoothing out flaws in the siding.  These men take so much pride in their work.  They are knowledgeable and polite and creative.

Went exceptionally well.  Outstanding attention to detail. Found many problems not expected at time of estimate, but completed work on time and with no additional charges.

These guys were recommended by two different friends who had used them. They showed up quickly, provided an estimate (hourly, but not to exceed a fixed amount), were punctual and reliable, but most impressively, they were courteous and friendly and unflappable when things didn't necessarily go as planned, or we decided to change what we wanted them to do midstream. They were meticulous about even the smallest detail and refused to be satisfied with anything less than perfection. They were, quite frankly, the best overall contractor experience we have ever had. We will certainly use them again (for interior painting) and have already recommended them to friends.
