Contacted Doug Watkins through a referal at work. Doug set a meeting that afternoon to view work. He was very informative as to how to handle each tree; how to save large maple in front yard; why we could not grow grass around tree between houses and suggested what to do. He also was concerned about our front yard as not to damage with boom truck that has to be driven into yard to deal with large tree. He quoted a very fair price and we agreed to stay in touch to set a time when rains stopped and yard became firm to do work. We had a week of dry weather and received call from Doug asking if his crew could come out that morning and get the job done. He and his crew came out, did not only what was requested, but also some additional things he saw when he got here. They did excellent work; were very professional in trimming and clean-up and made sure I was happy before leaving. We will definately use Watkins Tree Service again for our tree needs!
