The weather was bad the whole week so I think they did a good job adapting to the situation

They did a beautiful job and the gentleman is very professional. They are always involving me to check if they are doing correct.

They were prompt to start the work. I had a few concerns but they were able to accommodate all requests. His crew is a professional roofer crew which really stood out

Tom Bartle responded immediately to our phone call with a visit immediately. Did a thorough inspection and we had a proposal within a week. Tom kept us apprised of every step of the construction process, very professional and honest.

They were very accommodating to our schedule and even worked on the weekend when they're not normally open. The installers cleaned up each day, were very prompt, courteous, and did a great job. The estimate that they gave us was the final price that we paid. Tom, the owner, would stop by during the day to make sure that everything was going smoothly and would answer any lingering questions that we had. We are very happy with the way that the roof turned.

I had some minor roof damage from a falling tree.  Tom came out within a day or two of my calling for an estimate.  He was professional, gave me several options on how to go about repairing it from simple to more extensive. I didn't feel he was trying to up-sell me to the more extensive options.  He took time to help me get spare shingles down from my garage attic to see if there were enough to do the job.  After getting quotes from a couple of other roofers, I called Tom to come do the work.  He said he would be out by the end of the following week to do the work.  Since he tucked in some shingles to temporarily keep the roof dry I wasn't too worried about the week delay. 

The following Wednesday I called to let Tom know that we were having our driveway seal coated on Friday so he probably shouldn't come that day.  The women on the phone was polite and said thanks for letting them know.

That is the last I heard from them.  By the end of the following week I called and left a message, but got no response.  Over the next several days I called 2-3 more times and left  messages, none of which were returned.

Hopefully there was not some family emergency that prevented Tom from calling back, but I am a bit surprised that his professionalism at the beginning dropped off to nothing in the end.

I ended up hiring one of the other roofers to do the work.

They did about half of the roof, around the fireplace where there had been some damage.  Everything went well and I would recommend them.

Tom and his crew, Gary, Tony and James are exceptional workers. Tom stated what he was going to do before we signed a contract , and he fulfilled and surpassed his commitment. His estimate was very reasonable. He and his crew were friendly and professional. They  worked like a well oiled machine and they cleaned up everything Great. We had a complete tear off on our cottage and he had brought enough supplies to finish the job, all at one time. I Highly recommend Tom and his crew and will use him again if needed. We have recommended him. Thank you for your A+ job!

Timely quote, split out the unattached garage as a separate line item.
Brought samples to the house to review when the contract was signed. Punctual and considerate at all appointments. Quality work and product at reasonable pricing. Complete clean up post installation. This service added value to the of the house. I'd gladly recommend Tom and crew for your roofing project.

It was good. He cleaned up very well. They were prompt. People who built the house did not do a good job so he went over it to make sure the roof was in good condition. We have recommended them.

I thought their pricing was reasonable. They could not have done anything better; they were a class operation and did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it. That's the bottom line here. Their work has held up.
