The man from Stateline Ultimate Remodeling took a deposit of half the work estimated but took off and we never saw the money again. We went to his house and he gave us all kinds of excuses singing the blues so we thought we would give him the benefit of the doubt by him signing a note stating that he would pay us back by 1/11/12 but we never heard anything from him. We went to court three times and he never showed up any of the times. The judge ruled in our favor but the man from Stateline Ultimate Remodeling ignored the warrant out for his arrest. We sent him registered mail to have him come to court the second time but he never accepted it because it came back to us unopened. We chased him for a year and a half and never got anything. If we're not going to get the money he took for half of the deposit then we're not going to get the court fees back either if we continued so we would be throwing good money on top of bad. It's going to cost us more for court fees and we will never get our money back out of him. The man from Stateline Ultimate Remodeling is a deadbeat.
