I thought that they were very polite and conscientious. They did a few extra things for me, one thing that was not to my satisfaction, they did come back and fix it. I would recommend them.

Called Ed and they came out the next day to, provide estimate on the siding removal, drilling holes, insulation injected, plugs and tape, and put the siding back on. Took 3 1/2 days but I hope to see the cost recouped the firs t year. They cleaned up good when they left and even provided suggestions on what more I could do to save money and advised of water damage from previous siding not installed correctly.
The only issue was some of the downspout, phone box and cable not re secured when they left. I am having the house resided so I never call to let them know, and am sure they would of came back out if called.

Each project was done to agreed specifications and price. We have been far warmer and happier as a result. A bad situation was quickly rectified at no cost. (As insulation was blown in, our aging tile tub-surround was damaged. Ed replaced it at no charge and the repair is far better than the materials damaged!).
