After I contacted him he came over at a mutually acceptable time and took a look at what I was wanting removed. He measured the area and told me that he would get an estimate to me within a few days. When I received the estimate I was pleased to see that he came in lower than the other company who had given us an estimate for the same job. I called him to set a date for when the project could happen. He came over on the day he said he would and was finished when he said he would be. Overall I am very pleased with his work.
