After I contacted him he came over at a mutually acceptable time and took a look at what I was wanting removed. He measured the area and told me that he would get an estimate to me within a few days. When I received the estimate I was pleased to see that he came in lower than the other company who had given us an estimate for the same job. I called him to set a date for when the project could happen. He came over on the day he said he would and was finished when he said he would be. Overall I am very pleased with his work.
Description of Work: J.P. removed some old baseboards and door frames that had lead paint on them. He hauled away the items that he removed and cleaned up the area when he was done. This is the second time we have hired him to do lead removal. Two years ago he removed the walls and another door frame in our kitchen.
