He said he would get the work done and return the mower on the weekend and did. The mower runs and cuts noticeably better. My only (minor) complaint is he didn't call before delivering the mower as he said he would. I received quotes from two others and Mr. Polky offered the best value.

I was to bring my mower to him at his house where he was going to do the work. I only needed to drop it off and he would get right to it after work. I checked the map and his place seemed easy to find. I wound up not taking my mower to him due to personal expenses that came up and the repairs were handled by someone else as a payback . I am keeping Mr. Polky's number handy in case anything else comes up: he was quite personable and professional with me.
