Electrical Service
Make sure Paul Schumer does not do your wiring. At my house, he miswired my $700 septic pump so it was constantly on: it would have burned out if my septic service had not discovered the error in time. Inside, Schumer wired a dimmer so it only works when a switch is thrown 50 feet away. And don't bother calling Schumer: he won't return your calls.
