At first contact, when I was inquiring about the procedures, I found the staff to be very professional and friendly. They explained everything very clearly and answered all of my questions. I was able to get the 2 cats in the very next day. They took time to examine both cats carefully and they gave me a detailed estimate of costs for the services. I appreciated their comprehensive attention to detail and caring attitude. They followed up with a thank you post card in the mail, with 10% off the next visit. I am very pleased to find local vet services of such high quality!

They are good. They have very caring people and they are very good at their job. We have used them for a long time since they are close to us, they are just a block away and beyond that they had death care there. If there was any health problem with our cat since she was older then they could address that so we put her there in the kennel there. It was $12 a day. We will not use them again since we don't have cats any more.
