Things started to build up last summer. I would call and he’d be in Colorado, or when he was finally back here he wouldn’t show up or call when he was supposed to. I couldn’t get him when I needed him. The straw that broke the camel’s back is that he went up on my roof when I wasn’t here and took it upon himself to inspect it and tell me that I should file an insurance claim because I had some issues. He is not a roofer, he is a landscaper. I found out that his brother does roofing and I let him know that he shouldn’t have been up on my roof. I didn’t feel that I could trust him and his work wasn’t that great. He would come towards dusk and then in the sunlight you could see everything that he missed. There were just too many things building up.
