McGilvra Electric

After half of my power went out at approx 2:30 in the morning I checked my fuse box to see what had happened, it was hot so I started calling electrical companys, after 6 didn't answer McGilvra not only answered but listened to my problem. The owner never tried to hurry me off the phone so he could go back to sleep but realized I needed more than jsut help over the phone and sent Andrew out to my house. Andrew was very nice and professional for getting up and coming out. He told me that it was a good thing that I got a hold of someone because the problem with my electic box could have started a fire. He said the wires where frayed and he got a little shock when he first touched the fuse. He was very concerned about the situation and made sure that it was COMPLETELY resolved before leaving 1 1/2 hours later and that time includes him having to go back to the shop (which was in another town)to find the right part. He made my night and made me feel safe again. He never made me feel stupid for having to call so late at night. The next day when I went down to the office, the owners wife was just as friendly and it really made the whole experience wonderful.
