I was at work the day of service, but my husand was at home. When I got the quote from Mr. Schoville he said it woudl be a one man job, but showed up with his father inlaw. (Non-Professional). He allowed his inlaw to drill screws back in at an angel and he over drilled them which mangaled the heads. We looked under the metal threshold...It did not look like new caulk at all. At the time of quote he did say eh'd caulk there. We used an outdoor foam under the threshold ourselves when we new he wasn't going to "own up" to his workmanship. We also replaced weather stripping to the proper length since he cut it too short!! Alls he can say is I should have gotten a warranty. The last time before our weather strippting it rained hard and moisture did come through four areas of the floor. Since we foamed it has not rained. He did cut out my flooring and replaced the rotten plywood, but that board is now getting wet.
