Don O'brien

He's been a real challenge in general. My description of what he did do was a wonderful job. It was hard to get him back to work and he missed a lot of days. When the money was handed, he was gone. None of the plug in covers was put back on and none of the door frames. He sub contracted out to a floor person to do the flooring and they did a terrible job. I ended up having to sign somebody else. I found out sometime later, may be about four weeks ago that he had asked his company special task for money to pay his help and I agreed to it. He had cash to pay his helpers which also worked very nice. I found out that he did not pay any of them. It was really a messy situation and I would probably never go with this guy again. The work he did do, he did well. It's just getting him to show up to do the work, you call it a under bid good job. It didn't help that he drank and got caught so I had to pay $100 to get him back. It was probably my money which done my job assured. I'm rest assured that I'll never call him again but if I had to have something done and nobody else could do it for my money; I would probably try him again because he did fix everything anyway. His price was wonderful and what he did was good.
