Both the team in WI and the one in NC were professional and friendly. They were punctual and efficient. They added two members to help the team in NC and those people were equally careful with all my belongings. The price is a little high, but they do good work.

They arrived 10 minutes early, took great care in loading everything. Arrived in Galena 5 minutes after I did and promptly unloaded everything and placed it exactly where I wanted. They even moved a table around two or three times until I was satisfied it was in the exact right spot! Totally professional, friendly and happy to help. Price was a little high but that was because of mileage involved so actually reasonable.

Packers arrived day before and were quick, efficient, and professional. Nice guys. The movers arrived as scheduled and were also quick, efficient, professional and nice guys. There was a delay in arriving at the apartment because of truck problems and they kept us up to date. Billing was adjusted accordingly. The only issue the apartment complex had was a chunk in the wall from their moving equipment that we were unaware of. As we did not see this happen we let the property manager discuss with the sales representative from Christofferson.

Outstanding. From the quote to the last piece of furniture placed in Chicago, everything went as planned. On a cold dreary day in January, right after the holiday weekend. The movers were in Lake Geneva promptly, packed and gently moved the furniture from two floors in the house and secured them in the truck. Once at the condo in Chicago, the movers arrived on time and quickly and neatly moved us in. We became instantly known by the management staff as having the smoothest move they had seen...movers on time, quick, quiet, cleaned up after themselves and polite. They would be my first phone call for a move.

The move went perfectly. Not only are these guys absolute all-stars at packing/moving but they are careful, treating your stuff as if it were their own. They successfully moved everything out of the old house and in to the new house with zero damage to either home or the contents (and the first house has a very narrow stairway that has been nicked or scratched by every mover or delivery man that has ever tried). I would recommend these guys all day every day, they are reasonably priced and excellent to work with.

Very well on both ends. Upfront estimating covered more time than others but was extremely accurate and onsite moving crews had a solid roadmap to follow. The pick-up crew and the delivery crew were top notch, conscientious and pleasant to work with. Believe we suffered some minor scratches but to be expected when belonging were handled four times for a single move.

This company was fantastic!!!  They came on time.  Are super movers.  Nothing was hurt or damaged.  They go way beyond what is expected.  My friend has moved between 7-10 times cross country and if this company wasn't the best of the best it was one of them.  Incredible job.

I sold a barber chair to a person in California. In my add I said shipping was up to the buyer, but he couldn't find anyone. Shippers were very expensive, as expensive as the chair. So I contacted Angieslist, and I got the name of a moving company. That I sent to him, and he dealt with them. I didn't deal with them.

They did come to my house and pick up the chair. They were very efficient, very courteous, very careful about protecting the chair. I didn't want it to get screwed up in shipping, and they were very careful about moving a half ton piece of furniture over hardwood floors. They took every precaution to protect my house.

This was the fourth relocation move we used Christofferson's on. We have at one time or another utilized all the major moving companies wih a total of 10 moves across state lines. Christofferson Moving is by far the most proffesional and best company we have ever worked with. Two moves involved Sean as the lead person. They kept us well informed of their timing for packing and unloading, were prompt, courteous, and went out of their way to be helpful. All of our belongings were were well protected and cared for. We highly recommend Christofferson's and will use them again.

These people are the best in my book.  They sent two people for packaging everything and they worked closely with my wife on marking boxes. They did all of this in about eight hours.  They then came with four men the next day, finished two rooms of packing and then they began to load the truck.  We had an upright 100 year old piano that they handled masterfully getting it out of the lower level of the house.  We had a tile entry way with very expensive floor tiles, they never cracked a single one.  I also had an art collection of very expensive pieces and they wrapped those so well, it took us a while to get those unwrapped, not a break, scratch or marr anywhere...outstanding packing.  These people told us an exact time that they would be there and they were there exactly at the time promised in both the packing and unloading processes.
I have already recommended this company to two others we knew were moving.

Although we have not unpacked everything, they were very attentive to our needs and we paid less than what they initially quoted. They did an excellent job and we would definitely use them again!

Christofferson Movers moved our furniture and household goods from Lake Geneva WI to Batavia IL.  It took two days, but was worth it so that everything was completed early on the second day.  The workers were polite, careful with our furniture, and kept our place fairly clean, despite some messy weather.

They did a good job. The only issue I have with their service is that I received a quote originally. I then joined Angie's List and mentioned their 5% discount, but they said they'd already applied it.
