The experience is fine. They have enough hoses and things that they don't have to drive into my yard with the big truck. They are very nice. They are extremely courteous and prompt. They will come if I have an issue. I guess I had a problem and the alarm went off. They came right away in pouring down rain. They did what they could do and then recommended somebody to come and change out the pump. I was just totally lost without their help. It's about $150 to Beloit Septic Svc LLC and then the county requires a fee of $15. I don't have any way of comparing and they are the only ones I have ever used.
