Great! Repair was timely, price was fair.

After multiple attempts to contact the owner, they made it out to take a look at the non-functioning A/C unit. We took the suggestion to replace and waited....It was a full 5 weeks before it was replaced, and we had to call, multiple times...we never received a call when the machines were in to install. Thankfully we weren't living there at the time, as it was early summer and HOT, and it would have been absolutely miserable. The air handler was installed in a way that looked sideways, and the filter to the unit had to be accessed from the side, which was not only impractical but nearly impossible as the vent from the dryer obstructed the the path. Install should have been in a way that allows for maintenance. They offered to install brackets so the filter could be removed from the front of the unit...Still waiting for a call back. Prices may be more reasonable than others, and the units worked as expected, but having to make multiple calls to get a call back and waiting weeks for service, isn't good service.

Their prices are realistic and it is a small company. They come out on time and friendly. They are qualified for the work they do. I would recommend them. They also give warranties on the product.

We woke up on a Saturday morning and the house was at 62 degrees. We tried everything our uninformed heads could think of to resolve the problem. This basically consisted of restarting everything which did not work. Our general contractor suggested contacting Unique Heating. He was on a job and we scheduled an appointment for a few hours later. Since there was no imminent threat of frostbite this was no problem. He was very punctual and very knowledgeable. In a matter of minutes he knew that we had a cracked ignitor. He had one in his truck and was able to replace it quickly.

Excellent. Replaced furnace and humidifier filters, cleaned furnace, unclogged humidifier and updated me on the condition of my furnace. Many other unit owners in our townhouse complex have used this company for similar work and one unit owner in my building used Unique to replace an A/C and another to replace a furnace. Both were extremely satisfied.
