A problem develop about 3 weeks ago. I called to have it fixed or to get a recommendation of someone that could. I got voice mail and left a message requesting he call back. I waited a week with no contact.
For the last two weeks I have tried to call at least twice each day. All I get is a busy signal.
I sent an email requesting a response if only that he wasn't interested in following up with the problem. I have received no response to date.
I honestly do not know if he is still in business. He still has a website, and still advertises. Based on the initial interface, I have recommended him to many contacts. Based on this, I will warn others to stay away.
Today, I called someone else who stopped by and observed the problem and fixed it for $50.
"I loved working for the member and her husband! Great people and we connected right away. I know they had been searching for a while to find someone they felt comfortable with to do this job in the budget they had allocated. We came down a little and the member came up a little and we made it work."
