Had a variety of services performed by this provider on a number of occasions.  Some of cons: service seems to be on a first come first serve basis as vehicle usually get dropped off in the morning and isn't available until later in the afternoon, fees are about the same as when you go to the dealer for same service, no communication about other potential issues that may need attention until after the service is completed so you have to make another important.  Some of the pros: local guy and easy to work with, quality of work is ok, prices ok. I haven't been going to this provider for very long, but I trust them with basic maintenance such as oil changes and tire rotations.  I've also had Freon refills for air conditioning twice here and have had no problems.  I haven't built trust for more complicated maintenance and usually bring to the dealer instead for those issues.
