Took them 4.5 hours to clean out the drain. I called someone local thinking it would be cheaper so I wouldn't have to pay so much in a trip charge. When I got the bill I screamed. They stated it took 4.5 hours to clean out my drain (rental unit, I wasn't there). Then they claimed their cable broke while cleaning it out so they had to come back the next day and charged me another 3.5 hours to remove their cabling. When I called to talk about why it took them so long as any other company I had come out it only took an hour. He tried telling me it's a motorized cable so it cleans as fast as the stuff is removed. I told him he should fire whoever he had using the equipment because they obviously didn't know how to use it. I told them if I had to pay the whole bill I would never use them again and I would write a bad review. Thus why I am writing this review. Wouldn't negotiate the bill at all. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN AND WOULDN"T RECOMMEND

Didn't let us know until they were out of deck stain, so the completion of the project had to be delayed two days while I went to get additional stain. Had the workers let us know sooner that there wasn't sufficient stain, I would have gotten it at the time. On the plus side, they completed the job on a Saturday and they've not worked Saturdays previously on any of our other projects. They also made the time to do the project so it would be completed prior to an upcoming event. Also, they did a thorough job - well worth the cost.

While we had a 2:00 PM appointment set up, plumber did not show until approximately 3:00. That's my only issue. He was very professional and took care of the toilet replacement with no problem. No clean-up for us. Explained everything he did. Was looking for a new plumber and we are very satisfied!

I contacted Beaver Plumbing as the result of asking for referrals from friends. They scheduled a precise time for the service (not simply AM, PM, or Tuesday) and the plumber showed up as scheduled. He quickly found the underlying problem of clogs in the pipe, snaked it out, and told us how to prevent this from happening in the future. He tested the sink drainage several times to ensure he had resolved the issue. Also made the point of telling us we did not need a new garbage disposal.
The plumber reviewed the toilet issue and stated the type of toilet the previous plumber had installed was not appropriate for use with well water because of the fluctuating water pressure; in other words, that toilet was only appropriate for homes on city water. He went over the options and explained that our most cost-effective one was to replace the toilet (versus repairing the old one) and arranged to come back in two days to do the actual install.
