They fixed my computer and were very helpful in showing me how to work with the improvements and repairs.

I was very happy with the repair work. Although it took a while to get the right parts, the end result was excellent and saved me a lot of money. This laptop was only a few months old when it broke and the repair was not covered under the warranty. The manufacturer was going to charge me over $500 to replace the screen, nearly the cost of a new laptop!

I foolishly infected my computer with an army of malware when all I wanted to do was see a baby and a puppy interact. It was stupid of me, but the bad stuff totally took over the computer. Since the company was closed for the day, I left a message. A half-hour before opening the next morning, I got a phone call from QCS and within 2 1/2 hours, a technician was at my home. He analyzed the problem, told me he was familiar with the malware and took my machine to the office to work on it. He said it would take some time and there was no need for me to pay the on site charges. I asked how long it would take and he told me he would probably have my computer back to me within 24 hours. And he was true to his word. He spent time with me to make sure I was comfortable with and understood the changes he had made. Sometimes you have to learn a lesson the hard way. Quality Computer Service made me experience a little bit softer! I recommend them highly for their responsiveness, professionalism and punctuality. The price may have been a little high, but I paid it gladly.
