The service was HORRIBLE at best. Took this company 14 (YES 14) days to drill 180ft in SAND ground. Not only did it take this company 14 days to drill 180ft, but they only worked 3 to 4 hours a day, left a HUGE mess of my yard, covered the side of our new house with a sandy/muddy filth, that was NEVER cleaned up. After changing out the inline water filter 7 times in 3 months, we STILL DON'T HAVE CLEAN/CLEAR WATER. Prior to hiring this company (Hoyer Bros Pump and Well Service) we CLEARLY explained that we HAVE to have the job done within 2-3 days, as we were set to move in at that time. The owner agreed to the time frame, and even quoted us a price of (no more than) $4500.00 After 14 days of living in a house with 3 small children with NO WATER, he gives us a bill with the price of $7500.00 This company is horrible to deal with!!! STAY AWAY!
