He arrived on time as we agreed. He was thorough and repaired a loose wire in outdoors condensor. But more importantly, he explained what he was doing. Advised me on any routine maintenance that may be required when I asked him. He showed me how the equipment worked. I am a new resident in this home and he explained the function of the equipment and how to monitor properly. And most importantly he was professional, polite, and did an excellent job, quickly identifying the problem. Although this was not a big money maker for him he acted like I was the most important customer of the day. We had never previously met. I got his name from Angie's List. He was prompt, curteous and helpful. Yes, I would definitely use him again and recommend him as well.

I called Jeff on Thursday morning 11/29/12. He called me right back. I live in Minnesota, but needed someone to service my elderly Mom's furnace in Western Wisconsin right away. Jeff called my Mom shortly after our call, and arrived promptly in the afternoon of the same day. He spent about an hour servicing an old furnace, and fixed it so it should last thru the winter before it has to be replaced. Jeff was very personable and my Mom was very happy with the service. I would recommend Jeff to anyone needing this type of service in the area he serves in Western Wisconsin. I would not hesitate to recommend him to family and friends needing furnace repair. Very happy and my Mom was impressed with how nice of a gentleman he was.
