The agent did a good job of showing us the available lots, providing appropriate maps, providing us a price list, and documentation about the covenants and other legal issues.We were working on very limited timescale because the lots were on sale if we purchased within less than a month. At times the agent was a little less responsive than we would've liked. Overall though everything worked out we were able to purchase a lot we wanted at a good sale price. The company this agent works for also build homes. So far, we a long we go yet, they have also been helpful on designing a new home to build on this site. They're doing this based on the assumption they will have a chance to bid on the project, which they will. .Again the responsiveness is something a bit less than desired. There appears to be good reasons for their slowness and as we are not planning to build for 6 to 9 months and we are not paying them the responsiveness is quite acceptable.
