He started out okay, but he did not come back to finish the job completely. He did not respond to phone calls. I left messages on six occasions. The first time he told me that someone would come out and take care of it. The second time he told me that someone would be out in two days. After that he has never returned calls and has never responded to anything. The proposed three-year guarantee has not even lasted a year. I had to contact his insurance carrier who told me that his insurance was being canceled because he hadn't paid the premium. He is like a fly-by-night individual. He was absolutely awful. He is someone one should never go to. The upfront pricing was reasonable, but I wouldn’t recommend him to my worst enemy.
