I had a refrigerator that was leaking water. I had to then shut off my water.  He had said he was very busy and would contact me in 5 days. He never contacted me, so I called.  I finally spoke with him.  He was very abusive with me and threatened me on the phone.  So, he did not only fail to contact me.  He did finally send a worker to the house.  The employee came in my house with his shoes on despite the weather and took it upon himself to use good dish towels to whipe my floor.  He was very unprofessional.
