Purchasing the fireplace they were very friendly and helpful. When there were issues related to the installation of the fireplace, i.e. the platform building - which when I asked if they do installation - this was not apparently part of the installation they do and I wasn't told that - not getting the color of the fireplace I wanted...despite telling them twice I wanted new bronze not black, problems with relaying to the contractor exactly what was needed, showing up 5 hours early for an afternoon appointment without calling to see if I was even home, and the 'customer service' when I complained about the owners language during a phone call regarding installation issue - no remuneration or consideration when i was charged more than quoted for installation of fireplace chimney, just not people I would recommend. There's plenty of places to spend almost $4500 for a fireplace. This was a surprise reno for my hubby and having to deal with unprofessional behavior isn't something I will do again. When we build we will be using someone else for the fireplaces....and that is apparently a 'threat' according to the customer service representative....I think it is me just telling them based on my experience I am not using your company again. No 'threat' implied...just the plain old truth.
