 + -1 moreI think we used him more than one time. He is a one-man company and was professional, worked in a timely fashion and was clean. He charges about $22 hourly.
Description of Work: He painted our bathroom, did a minor fix of the plumbing in the tub and did some remodeling at a different house.

 + -1 moreTroy - Call him! He did a double coat stain application to our deck and porch on the lake. Clean the wood first and left no mess. Did a great job - very nice guy as well. We will call him whenever we need help!

 + -1 moreHe did a great job and we would definitely hire him again. Rates are good, time frame is good. quality of work good. 4.5 star
Description of Work: Troy replaced 2 of our screen doors, two toilets, help build a wall in our barnyard, replaced lights a ceiling fan took out old linoleum and put in new vinyl sheeting in kitchen, dining room , hallway and bathroom. he also took old tiles out of other bathroom and painted it (it is a cement floor) put in towel bars. I am really happy with his work and we would get him again when we need something done. He also replaced all the hardware on my kitchen and dinning room. hinges and handles. We were not in a time crunch for the most part and when we did get to that point the job was finished by then. We let him do other more pressing jobs when they came up. I could be a little off on how much we spent but we never complained about his rates because they were very reasonable. he did all these projects over 3 month time frame. To be honest I was upset once the kids and I were gone and i thought he should have had more of the floor done until i realized he measuring 2 or 3 times so he only cut once. he is a perfectionist. which is a good thing.
