TV Service - Cable, Internet Service
Absolutely horrible. We (among all the others who use them) have to overpay for terrible service. There is a major outage or shortage with the internet, constant issues with sending and receiving e-mails, abhorrent wifi and cable connections and speeds, and lousy customer service. Since they have no competition, they can jack the prices up however much they want; it's a disgusting monopoly. The customer service is also a complete joke. We wouldn't mind slow internet, cable, and wifi services, AND unreliable e-mailing, IF WE DIDN'T RELY ON THEM FOR OUR JOBS.
