Crystal Clean Windows

Recently, we had our cedar siding, gutters, downspouts and exterior windows cleaned by Crystal Clean. Great choice! The company used low pressure (soft-wash.) They were on-time, professional and efficient. Check them out 715-257-7168 for a free estimate.

Abraham came to give me an estimate. I thought is was pretty high and waited to get another quote. Realized at that point, that the quote given to me by Crystal Clean was appropriate and scheduled the house cleaning and waxing. John, Abraham's son, came to do the work. This young man was quite conscientious and courteous. I was quite happy with the results and my house looks like new. I would definitely refer Crystal Clean for this service.

SERVICE:: cleaning/wahing the deck to prep for staining at a later date (to be done by me, the owner)

On 6-20-20 Crystal Clean power washed the exterior of our home. The front of our home is brick and cedar-they did an excellent job and also on the aluminum eaves. However, on the other three sides of our home, we have vinyl siding. Before we hired them, I asked if there was bleach and was told no. There was a definite smell of bleach-they use their own mixture. The vinyl siding has smudges, white circles - definitely caused by too strong a solution. Abraham came back to assess my complaint and a crew came back and rinsed the home again on 6-29-20. It has rained several times and there are still white circles and smudges........WE ARE VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE RESULTS ON THE VINYL SIDING. There is nothing more they can do. Please be aware before you hire this company. They are hard workers and very polite but be sure they do not use bleach on any vinyl surfaces. For $200 per hour, we are disappointed with the results. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
