My roof was leaking over my kitchen and I called Dan Jahns Roofing and spoke with Scott who was the partner of Dan. He came out to my house immediately and was up on the roof evaluating the problem. Within the next 2 hours he had repaired the hole, cleaned up the debris and re-shingled the area so that no damage was noticeable. I had heard of this company from neighbors and they have said Dan Jahns Roofing is a wonderful and honest company. They will go above and beyond all expectations of helping anyone with honesty and integrity. Scott said that if there was any future problem with that area, they would be back out at no charge and fix whatever needed to be repaired for that area. They did not rip me off and I was very pleased with how quickly this was taken care of after only one phone call. I will definitely hire them back for any work on my house and will tell everyone about this wonderful company. It is so hard to find a reputable company that is honest and that won't rip you off. I finally found it with Dan Jahns Roofing. Thank you.

I contacted Dan Jahns Roofing after seeing a business card at a hardware store and called them. Mr. Jahns told me he would have his partner contractor come out to my house within the hour, as he himself was tied up doing another job. Scott came out, measured it up, checked the inside to make sure there was no leakage and left to get the equipment that he needed to do the job. When he returned, it seemed like in no time he had found the leakage spot, fixed it and then re-shingled where the shingles blew off. He then walked the entire roof to check and make sure there were no other spots with damage. Scott cleaned up all debris and was so professional about the entire job. I could not have asked for a better job. It was absolutely wonderful to see how quickly and low-cost this was for me. Totally professionalism is what I received. I could not have asked for a better contractor. Thank you Angies List for letting me tell you my story. I will definitely use Dan Jahns Roofing again and again!

They were scheduled to arrive at 7:00 a.m and were there right on time. I don't have any close neighbors to cause noise problems so that would not be a problem. They had a large dumpster delivered the day before for the debris to be put in. They began the tear off which went surprisingly quick. All debris was put in the dumpster and the ground around the roof was cleaned up an extra helper on the ground. Dan Jahn's told me that there were only approximately 7 holes in the roof that they would patch and fill so there would be no leakage. One of the other workers (Scott) was his name never left that roof and made sure everything was done to my liking. They had asked me if I felt comfortable coming up on the roof to see what had to be fixed and I was more than happy to do that. It was really nice to see what they were actually doing to my roof. The weather was calling for rain and Dan and Scott wanted to make the roof water tight before the rain started, which was done. They came back early the next day to get back to work and arrived at 7:00 AM again. They layed the felt paper (which is what has to be done before the shingles are put down). Dan and Scott filled me in on the way this all goes. The shingles were on faster than I have ever imagined. The job was done and my new roof is absolutely beautiful. All clean up was done and nothing was left behind. I even made them all lunch as I was so pleased with their work which was done in a timely and clean manner.

Mr. Jahns told us he was comfortable with us getting other estimates and to give him a call if we decided what we would want to do. After getting 2 other estimates, we went with Dan Jahns company. He was out the next day and repaired the leak as well as 2 other leaks that were found (my husband actually got up on the roof with Dan Jahns) and was shown the other areas where our roof was leaking so that we understood the problem. He fixed all of the areas and replaced shingles as well. We feel that his company was outstanding for the price and most important, the quality of the work that was done. I would definately recommend this company to others for roof repairs or replacement.
