It was unbelievably disrespectful, rude and clearly the owner wanted to shift service to Saturday to get weekend pay. My AC unit stoped woking abruptly late night on Thursday. Early morning on Friday I contacted the owner and asked for emergency service. I was ensured that the owner would step by and do the service in the afternoon on Friday August 17 2008. Two phone numbers were provided to contact me. I never received any phone calls. I called back at 3:00 pm and been informed that "something else showed up". Is it considered normal now a days to act like that? I have been offered to do the service on Saturday with clear intent to collect fees for weekend job. Disgusting! I will never recommend this company to anybody and frankly I think that they should be out of buisness the sooner the better.
Description of Work: AC died and I have 91 years old mother at home, so her comfort is essential for me.
