+ -1 moreIt all went well. The engineer and the owner (Steve) have been good to work with all along the way. No problem recommending VHS to other residents in my area.
Description of Work: Sump pump blew off the connection to the discharge pipe, causing minor flooding and wet carpet around the basement bathroom. A service engineer was on site very quickly to evaluate and begin initial clean up. After vacuuming the water out of the carpet, the carpet and pad were cut back to where there was no water damage. The foam pad was removed, carpeting rolled back, and a non-toxic anti-fungal agent was deployed. After that, blowers and a large dehumidifier were brought in for three days to dry out the basement.
