Blakeman was one of four contractors I contacted. They and one other were similar with cost of the brand we wanted. Unlike the other two with vague estimates they were able to schedule when we were available. Blakeman was receptive to receiving digital photos of the various possible placements and potential problems. (The unit was for our cabin, about an hour's distance). They forwarded the photos and measurements I provided to their experts and thoroughly explained our options. When they arrived for the installation they knew what do expect and despite an unforeseen problem were prepared and able. The installers were terrific, checked everything with us, clean and careful and friendly. The units are excellent; we should have done this years ago. Blakeman proved to be an excellent choice.

They did not charge me anything for that service. I think they are very good. They have a good on call staff. The worker gave me his personal phone number because he did not want me to be without heat.

Sewer was installed by business owner in 2002, whom connected to an old collapsed clay tile from existing building that had been torn down. Sewer that was installed by owner did not meet plumbing codes. I was told the sewer was collapsed in the alley, however it was collapsed beneath current building. Sewer was located improperly. Ended up preforming an entire replacement myself with the help of other local contractors. Contractor still billed me for his employee's inaccurate work, and his own improper install. Refused payment for $434 for drain clearing and locating since neither had been accomplished properly. Contractor dropped $200 from bill after discussion about improper locate and installation. Still refused payment, I was sent to a collection agency, disputed with agency. Contractor sent bill to another collection agency, disputed claim again only to find out that collection agency would only stop if I contacted contractor. Contractor refused any sort of contact. Finally became fed up with harassing letters/calls, and paid bill in full in pennies.
