Had several bids and they were the highest by several 100 dollars. Went with another vendor.
Description of Work: I just go an estimate. Was able to do by email and they did it when I asked.

Description of Work: The service tech was great. He was very friendly and fast. I do feel they were trying to overcharge me and got the feeling they were not being totally honest with me when I spoke with a lady on the phone. I originally used them because they accepted visa and everyone else wanted a check. I got horrible service talking to a lady on the phone and made the decision to use another company from then on. I always felt like they talked down to me. I used them on 3 of my 5 homes. When I had them look at the furnace in mine since it was not heating well they said it was operating properly. I did not agree and I found out they missed a recall for cracking on my heat exchanger. They are one of only two Coleman warranty repair companies here. I thought that was an unacceptable waste of my money, time, and jeopardized my families safety. The other company repaired my furnace properly. Maybe these guys had a run of bad days or maybe they didn't. I wouldn't risk it because there are plenty of other companies around here that work on heating systems.

[member name removed] makes remarks about not being honest. He should look into the mirror first. First of all he posts this review on April 28, 2013. The only work we ever did for this person was on January 19, 2012. This is almost 16 months later. He accuses our firm of missing something 16 months ago that had been working fine. In review of the service ticket and his billing there was a comment about a possible problem however at the time of service everything was running fine. The serviceman instructed him to call if a problem still persisted. He paid the bill with no comment one way or the other. Is he complaining that after 16 months there was a problem that we should have found 16 months prior. [member name removed] also portrays himself as an owner of multiple buildings. He referenced this property as being one of five he has. His exact words were "I used him on three of my five homes". This is untrue. In reviewing our records the other homes he references belong to the U.S. Coast Guard. [member name removed] is a member of the Coast Guard who is portraying that he owns facilities that are owned by the US Government.In checking with the Station the officer in charge, he has no problem with our work although he did state that [member name removed] was reassigned and was a disgruntled member of the unit. I have no idea of what prompted [member name removed] to say what he did. He confirms that he made his decision to use another company because of his experience with the lady on the phone. Rest assured that will be looked into. Since he used someone else is he pset that maybe he got screwed by them and is taking it out on us. Nonetheless his comments should be withdrawn since they are not accurate. At the time of the service we provided a service for our standard rate and found the unit to be operating properly but know almost 16 months later he has a problem with us.
