I was very satisfied with their work and I would recommend them. My neighbor had used them for the same thing. They were very good. Their price was good and reasonable. The man who came to do the work said that he could fix a small cracked piece on the floor. He did that and they obviously charged me a little more. He did a couple of small things that weren?t on the quote, just because he was here and it was easy to do.

He was very professional and took great pride in his work. He was able to get started before the original timetable. He told us what he was going to do and how he would be able to move everything around. He was very exact and took care of everything for us. He brought us a list of samples, did all the ordering, and delivered everything himself. I didn?t have to do anything except leave my key and my mailbox. His price was very reasonable. He finished the work even before we thought it would be finished. We were very happy with the work that he did.

They were very very helpful in picking out the carpet. We worked with a man named Conrad. He was very responsive and professional. He definitely knows ALL about carpet. We actually got estimates from other people, but we ordered from them. They came to install it and did a great job. It went quickly. We had some water in our basement and they re-stretched our pad for free.
