ASHLEY FURNITURE INDUSTRIES

I contacted Ashley furniture thru their website in February 2012 and got a form letter answer back from Arcadia, WI saying that the warranty was only good for 1 year from purchase. I was very disappointed. I poked around on the web and found some EMAILS for Ashley management in Arcadia and sent another EMAIL conveying my disappointed with the company, and the fact that they seemed not be be concerned that substandard materials had been used, and that they continued to sell the same product. I was contacted a few days later via EMAIL and asked to send the original receipt, (which I still had, but many people probably would not), model/serial numbers, and pictures. After they reviewed the pictures, I was told that they would replace the loveseat with one of comparable value. They put me in touch with Rolesville furniture and I was able to select another loveseat. The new loveseat was delivered and the old one was picked up free of charge in April, 2012. So in the end the company did the right thing, they just needed to be prodded to do it which was disappointing.
