Called with an electrical problem on my 97 Taurus, heater would blow all the time radio didn't work and it would hold a charge on the battery.
Kevin checked into it and got back to me with an estimate, went ahead with the job and seemed to be fixed was happy with all that was done, 3 days later fan came back on and call them said to bring it back in they thought one of the parts they decided not to change probably went out, as it turns out they were right they did not charge labor on second trip as most know working on elec. problems on a car can be very difficult the tried to save me (at my request) some money first time around and finally fixed everything. Good customer service and work done.

They were very professional and did very good work. The problem was not totally resolved because they just couldn't figure out what it was and they called us back couple of times to see how things were and offered to come back.

This was my second visit to this business. My first one was just an oil change, but I was happy with the service and returned for this wheel bearing repair job. The staff is friendly, and at this point I still believe they are competent and expect to return for more automotive service work. Their prices are good and fair.

I have had this shop work on several vehicles for our family over the past year. When I call, they are responsive and above all, honest. I never get sold a bill of goods, and they are helpful to the female members of my family who are less than expert with automobiles. They are not the cheapest but always are fair in their price quoted. They are creative and do more than just recommend the easiest fix.
