The windows come with a 10-year guarantee (I think it is 10 years). We stained the windows ourselves and the staining wasn't completed until 3 years later. Some of the stain caused a couple of the windows not to close completely. I called and they came out and replaced a couple of the small parts that were stuck at no charge. The windows work perfectly now. I was thrilled that the windows could be fixed and Window and Door honored the guarantee.
