Have used their service for several years and have not seen any bugs until this year. The company rep. says they have changed the way they apply the pesticides. This year's applications have been quite ineffective...bugs don't seem to be affected by their chemicals at all. Many spiders in our basement and on the outside too...ugh! They said they will come back and respray. That's good, but if their chemicals didn't work the first time, then I have my doubts as to their effectiveness on the second application.

We were very happy with the service they provided. They came right out and set some traps and they were able to remove the squirrels right away. They were personable and when the squirrels were caught we called and they came right out to remove them. They don't kill them they just set the free in another area. They even put a vent on our chimney when they realized that the mother squirrel was coming in through it. We would use them again if we needed to.

A week after Wil Kil came I started seeing carpenter ants. I had not seen them before this. I called Wil Kil and the rep told me, and quot;They must have kicked up a nest when they sprayed. We'll come out and spray again.and quot; An appointment was set up for a few days after our phone call. I received a phone call the day of the appointment stating the technician would not be able to come that day as planned, and we rescheduled. No big deal; delays happen. Everyone I have dealt with from Wil Kil has been very professional and easy to work with and I have seen no more bugs.

They are outstanding! I have used them for about 10-12 years, we have an older home with cats so we have had some mice problems. They come three times a year and do spraying around the house, and they have set mouse traps around our house as well. We don't get mice as much now, every now and then we will have one come in but if I ever have any problems we can call Larry from Wil-Kil and he takes care of it. I can't say enough good things about them! Larry has been awesome, and we will use him again!
