Did not install to mfg. specs. Learned this when having dishwasher serviced due to not draining properly. After two years of service the dishwasher stopped draining completely. Called Van Vreedes to schedule a service call. Service man they sent could not repair saying that the dishwasher was not installed to mfg. specs. Van Vreedes said I would have to go back to the installer they could do nothing.
We had to pay service man 89.62 for the service call. No repair done. We feel that van Vreedes is not the kind of company we should do business with. Something goes wrong you are sorry and out of luck. We will not buy from Van Vreedes again.
