Mike worked a full 8+ hours on Sunday doing all of the above items and then came back on Monday morning to acid wash the chimney to clean-up the mortar that got on the brick as part of the repointing process and then recaulked everything where necessary. He had that done and the scaffolding broken down early that morning and we had a fully restored chimney that could not look better. And the yard and landscaping were none the worse for the wear.
Mike took the time throughout the process to determine exactly what we wanted / expected and offered helpful suggestions as part of the process. We have another project we expect to do this Fall and Mike will be the guy we call.
