Kyle came within 1 hour of my call to assess the water dripping from the ceiling and walls on my first floor and water damage to the walls and ceiling tiles in my basement as well. He was extremely professional and perplexed as to where the water was coming from. At first we thought it was the master shower drain. After opening up the ceiling on the first floor the master toilet was found to be excessively leaking. Upon pulling it upstairs it was revealed that a prior plumber did not properly reinstall the toilet. The was ring was not even compressed or touched by the base of the toilet and it had been leaking for 2 months. Kyle completely reinstalled the toilet properly and checked the other bathroom upstairs toilet to make sure it was okay as well. I am confident that the job is now done professionally and correctly and now have to call in water damage restoration to fix all the damage that had occurred . I am very fortunate to have found Turek's Plumbing and will definitely be using them in the future for all of my work.

Wonderfully! Ed Turek came out and measured and took photos of our project. He came back with his quote and a detailed binder of each step and what items we needed to chose/complete prior to dates noted. He subcontracted D&M Interiors for our tile work - they were wonder to work with as well and very professional. Timelines were kept and Ed and his crew were extremely professional and did wonderful work.

Extremely prompt - within 30 minutes of contact, technician arrived. Very professional and informative. Did what he could to help keep the mess to a minimum. Very happy with service and value - spent all day working very h****** it. Will definitely use next time we have need.

A few problems that were not the fault of the tech. My home is built a bit differently so he had some obstacles to overcome. Wonderful attitude. Great sense of humor. He worked tirelessly to finish the project. I have used this company before for other things including a complete bath remodel and would recommend them any time.

The new faucet would not have been requried. What cost $135 turned out to be a maybe $70 valve recaulking job. Most aggravating is that Turek did not even care to call later to find out if 3rd attempt finally addressed the issue. This plumber does not seem to care. But all personnel was friendly.
