TRI CITY GLASS & DOOR

We had a bathroom remodel and Tri City Glass came out for installation. They were excellent, we are using them again for another shower door. I highly recommend them.

Things went very well.  The guy who came out to give me an estimate was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional.  It took about 3 weeks to get the glass panes in, which is what they told me to expect.  New glass panes look great and are working perfectly.  There was a small hiccup along the way when 1 pane of glass broke in the warehouse and had to be re-ordered, but they were extremely professional about it all.  I'd definitely use them again!

Our old front door was in need of replacement, it had rotted in spots and was not energy efficient.  The garage service door had gaps around the frame and wouldn't close correctly.  Tri-City did a great job throughout the buying and installation process.  They had a recommendation on who to hire to stain/finish the door (also excellent) - they took the entire door unit to the finisher and picked it up as part of the overall process.   They were prompt, thorough, and very professional in installing the doors.  It may have been a little more expensive than a big box option, but well worth it to not have to worry about the quality of the installation and to have all the details handled so well.
