Total Floor Covering

We needed to replace old carpeting in our upstairs and stairway (approx. 1400 sq. ft.). ?Total Floor Covering was very helpful in picking out carpet options in the store and then came to our house to look at the samples and recommend the best option. ?The caret arrived when expected and installation was done in 2 days. ?Very well installed and they carefully moved our furniture. ?The carpet looks great and we are very happy with the choice and the work Total Floor Covering performed.

Worked with Angela the most but also others in the store. I went back numerous times for different samples and price checks. They could not have been nicer or more helpful. The contractors did a great job installing the new carpet and tile. I had done my homework with checking most stores in the valley and very glad that I went with Total Floor.

Installer cam January 20, 2014, for install. After prep of old flooring was done. Installer started to roll out new Armstrong Avantra 2 Montana Adobe Clay vinyl and discovered a flaw. Installer called his company . In 2 days we had a reorder to Armstrong for new vinyl .Yes, it was a delay, but the installer did right and this floor is just beautiful. I give them a 10+

Great. Barb (sales) and Tim (HW installer) and other carpet installers were excellent to work with. Very helpful from the initial design HW color, style selection and carpet options right thru installation. Very adaptable when discovered needed to add the extra subfloor so floor height was even throughout.. Got it done quickly and with minimal additional cost although added time to installers days on site. Very helpful in moving furniture around without damaging walls or installed flooring. Courteous and efficient. On budget and on time.

We LOVE our new floors! The service was fantastic...they worked very well with our people installing the cabinets, and communication was excellent, as well. I have recommended them to several of my friends, who are also very please with their results!
