They never really fixed the issue of the door. They said they're going to fix it couple of times but they didn't.

They did what they were suppose to do. Everything was clean. I would have to like chosen my own delivery people, i would have liked to choose one from the list but they assign one to you. But the people who did it were good.

The workmen were prompt, however when I told them to remove the old wood furnace from the basement they told me they don't take wood furnaces. I had to show the contract which stated and quot;removal of existing equipment from the propertyand quot; and I had to use my tractor and loader to get it on their truck. They did leave the old iron doors from the old furnace in the basement. They also left one of the ducts above the furnace sort of disconnected and dangling. I re-attached it myself.

Overall, the new furnace (Trane) is a good quality product and seems to be in perfect working order. The workmen did a good job of cleaning up the mess and installing new ductwork and pvc where necessary.

I would use them again, however I recommend being present whenever you have work like this done.

I think they have good selection of products. I think customer service is professional. I think they hire professionals to be their support clerks.

They do a good job. They came out and measured. The guy came out and put the five inch down spouts down and the inspector came out. They also put up a fence and everything was straight. I don't have to worry about anything because if I have a problem I know they will come out and take care of it. They were excellent. When I called them about hardwood floors in the house, I asked how much credit I could get on a $40,000 home and they asked me how much I wanted. I said $40,000. So they called the office and they put $40,000 on a revolving credit card. So I pay $2,000 a month an no interest. It is a good deal.

The team set up everything via phone calls and were very professional during that process. On the day of installation, the team arrived on time, did a great job and were very friendly.

Home Depot said they use Bay Area for gutter cleaning. We were satisfied with the quality of the gutter work and the repair. They showed up on time. I think they did quality work. They were very professional. The work they put in seems real nice. They cleaned up well after they left. Plus, they do a follow-up call to make sure we were happy with what they did.

We had the house just painted and we let them know that we just painted. We are looking to sell our house and we have never seen people work quicker and there was not one scuff on our walls. We were really impressed with how quickly they worked and not damaging our walls at all and the paint was fresh.
